Capsicum Chicken:

Ingredients For Making Capsicum Chicken:

250 Grams Of  Chicken

1- Bell Pepper Diced

1- Large Onion Chopped

1 Tea Spoons Of  Ginger Garlic Paste

2 - Green Chilies

1 - Medium Tomato Chopped

1 Tea Spoon Of Mangalore Chilly Masala Powder

½ Tea Spoon Of  Garam Masala

Coriander Leaves

Oil

Salt To Taste

Lemon Juice

Tomato Sauce Per Taste ( 1 Or 2 Table Spoon ) Optional.





Method For Preparing Capsicum Chicken:


1. Clean And Cut Chicken Into Desired Sized Pieces And Marinate With Salt, Chilli Powder And A Few Drops Of Lemon Juice And Set Aside For 30 Minutes.

2. Heat Oil In A Heavy Bottom Pan And Pour One Tea Spoon Of Oil And Saute The Bell Peppers For A Minute. Drain And Keep Aside.

3. In The Same Oil Fry Onions Till Soft. Add The Chopped Tomato, Green Chillies, Ginger Garlic Paste One By One And Allow It To Cook Till The Oil Separates.

4. Add In Chicken Pieces And Fry For A Minute Till Chicken Turns Color.

5. Close The Lid And Lower The Flame And Cook For 3 To 4 Minutes Till The Chicken Starts Shedding Its Water. Pour One Cup Of Hot Water And Close Lid And Cook In Medium Till The Chicken Is Almost Done.

6. Now Add The Bell Peppers, A Little Of Garam Masala And Simmer For One More Minute. Check The Taste. Remove.

7. Lastly Add The Tomato Sauce To Thicken The Gravy.

8. Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
