Ingredients For Making Capsicum Salad With Corn;

1 Tea Spoon Of Oil.

1tea Spoon Of Jeera Or Cumin Seeds

1 Sprig Curry Leaves

1 Small Finely Chopped Red Onion

1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Capsicum

1 Cup Fresh Corn

1 Tea Spoon Of Sugar

Salt To Taste

1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Tomato

1/2 Cup Yogurt.

Chopped Coriander Leaves.

Method For Preparing Capsicum Salad With Corn

Heat 1 Tea Spoon Oil. Add Jeera/cumin Seeds. Fry For 1 Minute. Add Curry Leaves .

 Add Finely Chopped Red Onion. Fry Till Light Golden Brown.

 Add Finely Chopped Capsicum . Add Fresh Corn. Add Sugar And Salt To Taste

Cook For 5 Minutes .turn Off Heat , Keep The Veg Aside And Cool.

Lastly Add Finely Chopped Tomato ( Medium Size 1)and 1/2 Cup Yogurt. Garnish With Chopped

Coriander Leaves
