Ingredients For Making Carrot Raita:

Carrot- 1 Or 2 Grated
Onion- 1 Small Sliced
Ginger- Chopped 1 Table Spoon Or More
Garlic- Chopped 2 To 3 Cloves( Optional)
Curry Leaves Few
Mustard Seeds- 1 Table Spoon
Jeera- 1 Table Spoon ( Optional)
Oil For Seasoning 1 To 2 Table Spoon
Green Chillies - 1 To 2 Chopped
Turmeric Powder-1 /2 Table Spoon
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 Table Spoon
Salt To Taste
Curds- 1 Cup Or More
Coriander Leaves To Garnish

Method:


1. Take Oil In A Pan.

2. Add Curry Leaves , Jeera And Mustard Seeds Till They Crackle.

3. Add The Chopped Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies And Fry For Sometime.

4. Then Add The Grated Carrot And Fry Stirring All The Time.

5. Add Turmeric, Chilli Powder And Salt And Stir Till All Appears Fried .

6. Remove From Stove. Add Curds And Mix Well.
Garnish With Coriander Leaves which is optional

Serve this wonderful dish with Rice Or Chapathi.
