Chepala Iguruu-fish Curry

Ingredients For Making Chepala Iguruu:

500 Grams Of Fish- Cut Into Small Pieces

400 Grams Of  Onions- Finally Chopped

4 Green Chillies- Sliced

2 Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder

1 Tea Spoon Cumin Powder

1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder

1 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder

1 Tomato Sliced Into Peices

1 Table Spoon Of Ginger-garlic Paste

2 Table Spoon Of Coriander Leaves

3/4 Cup Oil

Salt To Taste

For The Marinade:

1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder

Salt To Taste

Method For Preparing Chepala Iguruu:

Marinate The Fish With Chilli Powder, Turmeric And Salt, Keep For 1/2 An Hour.

Fry Fish Pieces In Oil Till They Turn  Into Golden Brown Colour.

Now Add Onions And Green Chillies And Fry Till Golden Brown Colour.

Add Dry Powders, Ginger, Garlic Paste, Salt And Tomato, Fry Till The Oil Separates.

Add Water And Bring To A Boil.

Add Fried Fish And Boil For About 7 Minutes.

Garnish With Coriander Leaves And Serve Hot.
