Chicken Kheema and  Mutter Curry

Ingredients For Making Chicken Kheema & Mutter Curry:

250 Grams Of Plain Chicken Kheema

100 Grams Of Peas

Ghee As Required

1 Big Onion, Chopped

1/2 Table Spoon Of Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Medium Tomatoe, Chopped

1/2 Tea Spoon Of Garam Masala Powder

1 Tea Spoon Of Mangalore Chillie Masala Powder Or As Required

Salt To Taste

Chopped Coriander Leafs

Amul Butter

Lemon, Quartered.

Method For Preparing Chicken Kheema & Mutter Curry:

1. Separately Cook Peas With A Pinch Of Salt Till Done. Keep Aside.

2. Heat Ghee Ia A Pressure Cooker. Add Chopped Onion. Sauté Till Translucent. Add Ginger Garlic Paste Fry, Add Tomato & Cook Till Soft. Add Garam Masala Powder, Chillie Powder & Fry.

3. Then Add The Minced Chicken, Salt & Mix Till Everything Is Well Combined.

4. Add 1/ 2 Cup Water & Pressure Cook For 10 Minutes. When Cool Open The Lid & Evaporate If There Is Excess Water By Simmering For A Few More Minutes.

5. Lastly, Add The Peas.mix Well.

6. Check The Taste.

7. Remove Serve Garnished With Chopped Coriander Leafs.
