Coorg Chicken Masala

Ingredients For Making Coorg Chicken Masala:

9 Chicken Drumsticks

50 Grams Of Coorg Chicken Masala Powder

Salt To Taste

Ghee

1/2 Cup Curds

4 Large Onions

2 Table Spoon Of Ginger Garlic Paste

25 Ml Soya Sauce

Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnishing

1/2 Lime.





Method For Preparing Coorg Chicken Masala:

1. Beat Curds In A Small Bowl. Add Coorg Chicken Masala Powder, Salt & Ginger Garlic Paste.

Beat Well.

2. Clean The Chicken & Drain The Water.

3. Marinate The Chicken In The Curd Mixture For An Hour In The Fridge.

4. Roughly Slice The Onions.

5. Heat The Ghee In A Wok & Fry The Onions Till Brown. Add The Chicken & Fry For A Few

 Minutes. Add The Remaining Marinade & A Little Water.

6. Cook Over Low Flame Till Done. Add The Soya Sauce And Mix Well. Check The Taste. Squeeze

 A Little Lime Juice If Too Spicy.

7. Garnish With Chopped Coriander Leaves.

8. Serve Hot With Chapathis.
