Kadai Chicken

To Marinade:

1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken, Cubed

1/2 Cup Curds

1 Table Spoon Of Mangalore Chilli Masala Powder

1 Table Spoon Of Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Table Spoon Of  Soya Sauce

Salt To Taste

Method :

1. Prepare The Marinade By Mixing All The Ingredients & Beat With A Fork.

2. Add The Chicken & Mix Well.

3. Keep In The Refrigerator For A Couple Of Hours.

To Cook Kadai Chicken:

Ingredients  For Making Kadai Chicken:

2 Medium Onions, Chopped

2 Tomatoes, Chopped

2 Capsicum, Cubed



Mangalore Chilli Masala Powder.

Method  For Preparing Kadai Chicken:

1. Heat 1 Tea Spoon Of Ghee In A Small Cooker. Add Half Of The Onions & Fry Till Pink. Add The

 Marinated Chicken & The Marinade. Pressure Cook For 10 Minutes Adding Only A Few Table

Spoons Of Water.

2. In The Meanwhile Melt 1 Tea Spoon Of Ghee In A Kadai. Add The Rest Of The Onions & Fry

 Till Transparent. Add Tomatoes & Fry For A Minute. Add Capsicum & Fry Till Done.

3. Remove The Chicken. Make Sure Its Almost Dry. If Not Evaporate The Liquid. Add Chicken To

The Kadai. Mix Well. Check The Taste. Add Salt & Chilli Powder If Required.

4. Remove From Heat & Garnish.

5. Serve With Steamed Rice Or Phulkas.
