Ingredients For Making Kiwi Kulfi:

Kiwi Fruits----6


Milk Powder-----3 Table Spoon


Cashew Nut Powder—3 Table Spoons

Cardamom Powder---1/4 Tea Spoon

Pista—few For Decoration

Condensed Milk For Topping.

Method For Preparing Kiwi Kulfi:

1.take A Heavy Bottomed Pan Or Nonstick One, And Boil(30 Minutes) Milk Till It Reduces To 1/2

 A Liter.

2 . Remove Some Milk From The Above Milk And Mix It With Milk Powder ,add This To The Pan

 Milk And Continue Boiling Another 2 Minutes, Stirring Continuously, Off The Gas. Add Cashew

 Nut Powder. Keep Aside For Cooling.

3.wash And Cut Kiwi Fruit ,and Blend In A Blender To A Smooth Mixture.

4.take A Separate Pan And Cook The Kiwi Pulp ,adding 1 Cup Of Sugar, Till It Becomes Thick (15

 Minutes) Gently Mix, Cooled Reduced Milk And Cooled Kiwi Pulp Together.add Cardamom Powder.

6.pour This Mixture In To Kulfi Container Or Steel Plate, And Freeze For Overnight.

7.remove Kulfi From The Containers, And Serve With Little Condensed Milk On The Top And

Chopped Kiwi.
