Easy Way to Make Mango Kulfi at Home - Complete Recipe in Detail

Mangoes contain 20 vitamins and minerals, it decreases the risk of muscular degeneration, risk of obesity and overall mortality, diabetes, heart disease and promotes a healthy complexion and hair, it helps indigestion.

Ingredients for making mango kulfi:

  • 2 cups of mango pulp
  • Evaporated milk of 2 cans (160ml)each
  • Nestle or any cream of 2 (160)each
  • Condensed milk of 2 cans  (160)each
  • Cashew nuts-10 in numbers
  • Cardamom optional
  • Steel plate or kulfi containers

Method for preparing Mango Kulfi:

1. Pour the evaporated milk, nestle cream, condensed milk, in a liquidizer and blend for 2 Minutes.
2. Pour in the kulfi containers or steel plate, tightly secure the lids and freeze the kulfis for 24 hours
3. Before serving remove from the freezer a few minutes earlier and unmould and serve with Chopped nuts.
4. You can also use pista, almond, walnut for kulfi.
