Mirchi Chicken

Ingredients For Making Mirchi Chicken:

1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken (cut To Medium Pieces)

Salt To Taste

1" Ginger, Grated

7 Garlic Pods, Crushed

1 Large Onion, Chopped

6- 8 Green Chilles, Chopped

2 Table Spoons Of Ghee Or Less

1 Or 2 Capsicums, Cubed

Marinade:

1 Cup Curds

1 Tea Spoon Of  Red Chillie Powder

1 Tea Spoon Of Garam Masala Powder

Salt To Taste.





Method For Preparing Mirchi Chicken:

1. Prepare The Marinade & Whip Well. Add The Chicken & Mix Well. Refrigerate For A Few Hours.

2. Place A Cooker On Medium High Flame And Add Ghee, When Ghee Is Hot Add The Capsicum And  Fry Till Done. Remove & Keep Aside.

3. In The Same Ghee Fry Onions Till Transparent.

4. Add The Green Chillies, Ginger, Garlic One By One & Fry Till It Starts Giving A Nice Aroma.

5. Add Marinated Chicken Along With The Marinade And Pressure Cooker For 5 To 10 Minutes. Do Not Add Water. After Sometime The Chicken Will Leave Out Water. Open And Check If Dry. If Not Cook Till Dry. Add Salt. Check The Seasoning & Keep It A Little Bit Spicy.

6. When Done Off The Gas. Lastly, Add The Fried Capsicums.

7. Use As A Stuffing For Chapathis.
