Plain Sheera:

A Very Popular Indian Dessert. It's Very Easy To Put Together And Will Not Take More Than 10


Ingredients For Making Plain Sheera:

1 Cup Fine Rava  Or Semolina Or Sooji

Ghee As Required

Sugar As Required

2 Cups Of Milk

1 Tablespoon Raisins

1 Tablespoon Cashew Pieces

1 Tea Spoon Cardamom Powder Or Kesar Or Saffron.

Method For Preparing  Plain Sheera:

1. In A Kadai Heat 2 Tablespoons Of The Ghee And Roast The Rava Till The Rava Is Well Coated

With The Ghee .

2. Pour In The Hot Milk. Keep Stirring. When Dry Add The Sugar.

3. When The Sheera Starts Sticking To The Pan, Add Spoonfuls Of Ghee.

4. Cook Till The Semolina Starts Leaving The Sides. Add The Raisins, Cardamoms And Mix Well.

5. When Done Add The Rest Of The Ghee And When It Starts Leaving The Sides Of The Pan, It Is

 Ready To Remove.
