Shahi Chicken Kheema

Ingredients For Making Shahi Chicken Kheema:

½ Kg Chicken Kheema

4 Onion Chopped

1 Table Spoon Of  Ginger Garlic Paste

2 Tomatoes, Chopped

4 Table Spoons Of Curd, Fresh And Thick

1/2 Tea Spoon Of Garam Masala

3 Table Spoons Of Ghee

10 Cashewnuts, Chopped

Lemon Juice To Taste

Coriander Leaves

2 Boiled Eggs.





Method  For Preparing Shahi Chicken Kheema:

1. Take A Big Kadai And Fry The Onions In Ghee Till Pink. Add The Ginger Garlic Paste And

Tomatoes. And Fry Till The Tomatoes Are Soft. Add The Curd & Cook For A Couple Of Minutes.

2. Add The Garam Masala Powder And Mangalorean Chilli Masala Powder. Add The Chopped

Cashewnuts.

3. Add The Kheema And Salt, Cook Over Low Flame Till Dry. Add Lemon Juice If Necessary.

4. Sprinkle Chopped Coriander Leaves And Serve With Boiled Egg.
