It is a popular frozen dairy dessert. It is often described as "traditional Indian ice-cream".

Ingredients for making STRAWBERRY KULFI:

1 litre milk

half cup of  sugar

4-5 cardamom

10-15 strawberries, ground

12-15 almonds

8 kulfi moulds.

Method for preparing STRAWBERRY KULFI:

1. Boil milk in heavy based pan and then simmer over medium heat. Stirring from time to time to

 avoid scorching.

2. Simmer till about half the volume of milk. It will take around 25-30 minutes.

3. Add sugar. Add ground strawberry to that. Cook for 5 minutes. Cool it.

4. Add nuts. Pour into mould.

5. Freeze it for 4-5 hours. Remove from mould.
