Ingredients For Making Vegetable & Chicken Curry:

1 Chicken

2 Tea Spoons Of Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Tea Spoon Of Haldi Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon Of Tamarind Juice

2 Tea Spoons Of Garam Masala

Curry Leaves

2 Tea Spoons Of Pepper Powder
1 Tea Spoons Of Coriander Powder
2 Onions
2 Small Tomatoes
1 -2 Cups Your Choice Of Mixed Vegetables.

Method For Preparing Vegetable And Chicken Curry:

1. Marinate Chicken With Pepper, 1 Tea Spoon Of Ginger Garlic Paste, Tamarind Juice And Salt.

2. Fry Onion Add Remaining 1 Tea Spoon Of Ginger Garlic Paste.

3. Add All Masalas Add Tomatoes Cook Well.

4. Bake Marinated Chicken Till 3/4 Done.

5. Add Chicken To Masala, Add Little Water, Vegetables, Salt.

6. Cook Till Vegetables Become Tender And Dry.
