Wheat Is Extremely Nutrious,it Is A Rich Source Of Vitamins And Minerals, Wheat Controls

Wheat Sheera Normally Made In The Gurdwara And Most Of North Indian Houses During Puja.

Ingredients For Making Wheat Sheera:

Wheat Flour Of  1 Cup

Sugar -of 1 Cup

Ghee - 1 Cup ( You Can Use Less If You Do Not Like Too Much)

Water - 3 Cups

Powdered Cardamom- 2 To 3 Tea Spoon

1/4 Cup Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Raisins,( You Can Roast These If You Want).





Method For Preparing Wheat Sheera:

1. Mix Water And Sugar And Boil.

2. Meantime In A Vessel ( Kadai Or Non Stick Pan) Add Ghee And Then Wheat Flour And Roast It

Till The Colour Changes To Light Brown And You Get The Aroma.

3. You Can Add The Dry Fruits Now As I Normally Do Or Roast It Separately And Garnish On The

Top.

4. Then Slowly Add The Hot Water Mix Stirring Well As The Mixture Thickens And Allow To

Cook For 10 Minutes Till All The Sheera Separates From Wall Of The Vessel.

5. Simultaneously Add The Cardamom Powder To The Mix.

Your Sheera Is Ready To Relish.
