CHICKEN FRY WITH NO OIL

Ingredients For Making Chicken Fry With No Oil:


  • Ten Pieces Of Chicken Thighs
  • One Cup Low Fat Curd
  • One Table Spoon Of Curry Powder
  • One  Tea Spoon Of Garam Masala Powder
  • One And Half Table Spoon Of Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Two Medium Potatoes Chopped Into Medium Pieces
  • Half Tea Spoon Of Soya Sauce
  • One Table Spoon Of Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • One Tin Mushrooms Or Chicken Sausages (Optional).







Method For Preparing Chicken Fry With No Oil:

1. Wash, Clean And Pat Dry The Chicken Thighs.

2. Mix Curry Powder, Garam Masala, Ginger Garlic Paste And Salt. Add Chicken Thighs To This

Mixture And Marinate For About 1 Hours. Mix Curd And Keep Aside.

3. Scrape And Cut Potatoes Into Quarter And Set Aside.

4. Heat A Non Stick Pan And Place The Marinated Chicken Pieces In The Pan. Cook This Over High

 Flame For About Two Minutes. Turn The Pieces And Allow Them To Cook Again For Two

Minutes On High Flame.

5. Add Potatoes And Continue To Cook On Slow Flame For Twenty Minutes, Turning Them

Occasionally.

6. Add Soya Sauce And Mix Well.

7. Spread Chicken Sausages (Optional). Evaporate The Water By Increasing The Flame To High.

8. Serve Hot, Garnished With Coriander Leaves,now A Tasty Recipe Is Ready For you
