Chicken Liver Masala


Ingredients For Making Chicken Liver Masala:

Half Kilogram Of Chicken Liver

 Four Table Spoons Of Oil

 One Onion Chopped Into Fine Pieces

 One Cinnamom Piece

Two Medium Size Potatoes (Peeled And Diced)

Salt As Per Your Requirement

 Four Garlic Should Be Crushed.

Two Tomatoes Should Be Chopped Into Pieces

Three Green Chillies Should Be Chopped Into Pieces

 Half Tea Spoon Of Garam Masala Powder

Grind To Paste:

Two Tea Spoons Of Water

 Two Table Spoons Of Coriander leaves

 1/4 Teaspoon Of Cumin Seeds

 One Tea Spoon Of Turmeric Powder

 Half Tea Spoon Of Chilly Powder.





Method  For Preparing Chicken Liver Masala:

1)clean The Liver, And Cut In To One Inch Pieces.

2)heat  Two Table Spoons Of Oil Over Medium Heat.

3)fry The Onions And Cinnamon, Until The Onions Are Soft.

4)add The Potatoes, Salt And Stir-fry The Potatoes For About Two Minutes.

5)add Some Water, Cover The Pan And Simmer Until The Potatoes Are Tender.

6)heat The Remaining Oil Over Medium Heat In A Heavy Bottomed Wide Pan.

7)add The Garlic And Stir-fry For One Minute.

8) Add The Spice Paste, Lower The Heat And Stir Fry For About Two Minutes.

9) Add The Tomatoes, Stir And Cook For Further Two To Three Minutes.

10) When The Mixture Is Fairly Dry, Add The Liver.

11) Stir-fry The Liver For Three To Four Minutes.

12) Add Little Water Cover The Pan And Simmer For About Five Minutes.

13) Add The Potatoes, Green Chillies And Cook For Further Five Minutes.

14) Stir In The Garam Masala Powder And Remove From

Heat.

15) Serve With Plain Fried Rice Or Chapathis Or Rotis.
