Ingredients Required for Cooking Andhra Special Spicy Potato Fry :

  • Four Potatoes which are finely chopped into small pieces
  • Four Tablespoons of oil 
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Table Spoon Salt
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Dhaniya Powder
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Jeera Seeds
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Urad Dal
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Chana Dal
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 and 1/2 Table Spoon Chilli Powder 

Method for Cooking Andhra Special Spicy Potato Fry :

Take a bowl , pour four tablespoons of oil into it and add mustard seeds , jeera seeds , urad dal , chana dal , wait for 20 seconds , now add finely chopped potato pieces into it , once stir gently and put vessels n the top of the bowl , wait for 10-12 minutes and add chilli powder and jeera powder and stir gently , close the bowl by vessel and wait for 10 minutes , now switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves . Very Yummy Potato fry is ready to serve
