Ingredients Needed :

One bowl full of Maramaraalu - Borugulu
Three onions chopped into fine pieces
10 green chilies
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
2 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of jeera seeds
1/2 tablespoon of mustard seeds
1/2 tablespoon of urad dal
1/2 tablespoon of  chana dal
1 big size lemon
coriander leaves
one tomato chopped into fine pieces
1/4 cup of oil
curry leaves
1/4 cup of putnala podi ( Roasted Chenna Dal )

Procedure :

Initially take maramaraalu ( Puffed Rice) and add them into the water and soak them for a period of 15 to 20 minutes. Now take a bowl and add 1/4 cup of oil and add jeera seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal chana dal into it, wait for 30 seconds and add finely chopped onions and green chilies into it and add curry leaves and stir gently.

Now add two tablespoons of salt and one tablespoons of turmeric powder and stir gently , keep a vessel , on top of bowl and wait for 10 minutes ,  now add chopped tomato pieces and stir gently , keep a vessel on top of bowl and wait for 5 minutes , now switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves .

Now take the soaked maramaraalu into a big bowl and add putnaalu powder to it and stir gently, now add lemon liquid into it, now add onions chili gravies into it and stir gently, now very tasty Duggan is ready, Rayalaseema favorite dish is ready to serve. Serve with Bajji, it tastes really yummy
